From 5 to 7 October 2026, the Why Mureș team met investors, developers and partners at stand A1.241 in Messe München.
For the first time, the local and county administration, the business community and the university presented Mureș County together, as a single investment destination. EXPO REAL 2026 brought together more than 42,000 participants from 74 countries.

Who we met
Thank you for your time. The Why Mureș partners
Mureș County Council, Târgu Mureș City Hall, George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, and Technology of Târgu Mureș, the Romanian Business Leaders Foundation and Visit Mureș, who prepared the participation and represented the county at the stand.
Local producers
Petry, Mirdatod, Villa Vinèa, Eldi and Răzvan Idicel joined the initiative as partners and offered local products and specialities to the visitors of our stand. With their help, we brought a taste of Mureș County to München.
AHK Romania
The German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, which organised the Romanian stand and hosted us in Hall A1.
This was our first joint participation under the Why Mureș name. The fair is over, and the conversations started in München continue.
